Apple was founded in April 1976 to develop and sell Wozniak’s Apple I personal computer by Steve Jobs, Ronald Wayne, and Steve Wozniak. Wayne sold his share back of Apple Company within 12 days. That was incorporated as Apple Computer, Inc. and sales of its computers, including the Apple II in January 1977.
